How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For orders within Metro Vancouver, a flat fee of $5 applies. Orders outside Metro Vancouver will have shipping fees calculated based on the volume of the design and the destination, and these will be provided during the order confirmation process.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or significantly different from the approved design. Please review your designs carefully before confirming your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada and to the United States. If you’re outside these regions, please contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

What resolutions are available for 3D printing?

We offer various resolutions ranging from Extra Low (280 microns) to Extra High (80 microns). Finer resolutions produce more detailed prints but may take longer to print and incur higher costs.

How long does it take to receive my 3D printed item?

Standard turnaround time is 5-14 business days, depending on the complexity and size of your project. We also offer rush orders with a faster processing time for an additional fee.

What is the maximum size you can 3D print?

We can print objects up to a maximum size of 256 x 256 x 256 inches. If your project exceeds these dimensions, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.

Can you create replacement parts for my project?

Yes, we can design and print custom parts, including replacement components for existing products. Provide us with the details or any existing parts, and we’ll create a 3D model that fits your needs.

I have an idea but no design skills. Can you help?

Absolutely! Our talented designers can take your sketches or ideas and transform them into detailed 3D models ready for printing. We offer free consultations to discuss your vision and requirements.

Pricing and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfers only. Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts for small batch production ranging from 100 to 1000 units. Please contact us for detailed pricing information and to discuss your specific needs.

How is the cost of 3D printing calculated?

Pricing is based on the amount of material used (cost per gram) and the resolution chosen. There is also a setup fee of $10 per order, which covers all parts that fit on one build platform. For rush orders, the setup fee is $30.
